Quality Assurance Institute Merges QAI’s Global Operations
QAI and QAI’s international family of companies have merged into one global organization. Bill Perry, founder of QAI and Navyug Mohnot, CEO and President of QAI India, have been working with QAI’s key stakeholders to orchestrate this merger. Once integration and transition is complete, QAI will have representatives in most of the world’s major information technology centers.
Formerly known as the Quality Assurance Institute, Mr. Perry explained that changing the institute’s name from the Quality Assurance Institute to QAI Global Institute was necessary as QAI’s current products and services have expanded far beyond the traditionally defined field of "quality assurance."
Mr. Mohnot, speaking from his corporate office in New Delhi, India, stated, “the goal of the merger is to increase the value QAI can bring to its clients through a substantially larger portfolio of products and services.” Mr. Mohnot further stated that our global team is better positioned to “build and enhance competitive advantage in our client’s organizations by facilitating Operational Excellence through our services in: Training; People, Process and Operational Assessments; Benchmarking; Certification; Consulting; Conferences; Resource provisioning; and e-Learning.”
Tom Ticknor, QAI Global Institute’s Chief Operating Officer, based at QAI’s offices in Orlando Florida USA said, “this merger provides the global QAI the necessary resources to ‘breakthrough’ to the next level of products and services that our clients have been requesting while maintaining the high level of quality the industry has grown to expect from QAI.” Mr. Ticknor went on to say, “with the increased diversity of our offerings, our integration group is combining and refining the portfolio so the worldwide team can provide multilayered solutions to our clients.”
The global QAI organization is structured with an executive advisor board chaired by Mr. Mohnot with representatives from QAI’s regional operation centers.
